About Melissa Hawes
Melissa, the founder of Miles Financial Management, has over 20 years of public accounting and private industry experience. Her expertise is in accounting operations, growth policies and procedures, and government compliance. She is certified in PA and NY and served on the IRS Information Reporting Program Advisory Committee in Washington D.C. in 1997.
Melissa is a mother, and she believes in supporting other women with families. During tax time Melissa hires qualified female accountants to perform tax services on flexible schedules.

About Jo Leung
Jo Leung earned her MBA in Finance from New York University. Over the course of her career, she worked for companies ranging from Fortune 500 to entrepreneurial start-up. Jo has also taught accounting as an adjunct professor for two large universities. She is also a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
Jo is also very involved in her community. She participates on the finance committee for the Children’s Jubilee Fund, and is committed to helping provide opportunities to those in need.
Jo joined Miles Financial Management in 2009, and is now a partner in the business.
